Ying Qin, PhD is a global thematic analyst within Citi’s Global Insights division which provides thought leadership content to the full breadth of Citi’s client base. She specialises in ESG and sustainability. Ying has contributed to some of Citi’s most-read thought leadership Citi GPS reports, covering a wide range of ESG and sustainability related topics from climate change and nature loss to the UN Sustainable Development Goals and Women in the Economy series. Prior to joining Citi in 2018, Ying worked at policy think tank Chatham House and has a PhD in sustainable development from the University of Cambridge.
